General description

  • Large living room located on the ground floor with a magnificent view of the garden and the Ardennes countryside. Living room and dining room for 8 people maximum + 1 baby.

  • 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (ideal room for children and teenagers)

  • 2 bathrooms with shower, sink, WC, outside window - 1 bathroom is equipped for babies (changing table, bath, potty, etc.)

  • Large fully fenced garden with wooden play module for children (hut, swing, slide, etc.)

  • 2nd garden area along the  stream with its squirrel house (accessible from the walking path). Ideal for a picnic or to cool off  

  • Pleasant terrace equipped with garden furniture for 8 people, parasol and barbecue

  • Parking 4 cars

  • New from summer 2021: chicken coop at the bottom of the garden directly visible from the gîte (hens, chickens, turkeys, etc.) + various didactic nest boxes (tit, bat, sparrow, etc.)

Equipment

The rural gîte "A La Maison d'Ode" offers you complete equipment to allow you to spend a pleasant stay in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes!

  • Kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher, percolator, Nespresso, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, electric knife, electric fruit squeezer, crockery, kitchen utensils cooking and spices.

  • Living / Dining room: Pellet stove, flat screen TV (over 100 channels), Wifi, radio with CD player, mood lighting, French window opening directly onto the terrace, view of the garden and the Ardennes countryside, high chairs for babies (2), blue-ray player.

  • Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms (1st floor) with window. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin, cupboard, hair dryer, towel rack. A bathroom is equipped with a changing table, a potty and a baby bath.

  • Bedroom 1: bedroom on the 1st floor with 1 double bed and 1 cot, wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps and coat rack.

  • Bedroom 2: bedroom on the 1st floor with 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps and coat rack.

  • Bedroom 3: bedroom on the 2nd floor with 4 single beds, small storage unit, bedside tables and bedside lamps

  • Garden: large garden with wooden game module for children (hut, swing, slide, etc.), orchard, stream (with relaxation area) and chicken coop.

  • Terrace: large private terrace with garden furniture for 8 people, barbecue and view of the garden and the Ardennes countryside.

  • Parking: private parking for 4 cars.

 

Wi-Fi throughout the cottage! 

In addition to the pellet stove located in the large room on the ground floor, each room is equipped with a radiator powered by oil-fired central heating.
